According to the man pages for 2.4-patch 7 RC-6 on CMake.org, there is a form of the INSTALL command for directories. After reading through the description, I added a command to install a subdirectory into the bin install directory:
INSTALL(DIRECTORY pipeline_approved DESTINATION bin) i.e. pipeline_approved is a directory in the same directory as my CMakeLists.txt, and I want the file to go into the installation tree bin directory.
