Cmake is now working. I haven't finished installing the program yet though because I do not have the time. I will finish it tomarrow as long as all goes well. I did not have gdb installed. That fixed it. Just incase anyone is curious I am running Fedora 8 with Planet ccrma and all the packages were installed via yum.
