I also had a problem with the compile, but another CVS update -d -P solved the problem.. odd. I have an automated script to update from CVS and then build both the gcc and intel versions so maybe the cvs update timed out and the compile proceeded anyway. Either way, cmake cvs seems to compile good here.

This was on OS X 10.4.11 with gcc (Xcode 2.5 tooling) and icc 9.1.040.
