Hi,is there a rationale behind the fact that DEFINE_SYMBOL for static libs is ignored? I do understand that (the automatic) MAKE_foo_LIB is not needed here but I don't see a reason why to ignore a user-defined value.
The problem is that I want to compile a lib in static and shared mode and it doesn't work because I can't define BUILD_STATIC when compiling the static lib and therefore get compiler errors :(
