Hello Alex, I've managed to extend cmake to cross-compile for the Windows Mobile platform. Patch is accessible here: http://public.kitware.com/Bug/view.php?id=7434
Currently compilation for Windows Mobile is implemented through tool-chain file, but I think it will not be difficult to make a new generator based on the cmGlobalVisualStudio9Generator/cmLocalVisualStudio7Generator ones.
