OK. I'm using 2.6.2 I'll let you know if the problem continues with 2.6.3 or later (won't try it right away because I don't want to force a rebuild of anything just now - but soon)

What version of CMake are you using?  CMake is supposed to detect when
the conflicting files are just symlinks to the correct ones, but there
was a bug in this logic for a while.  Try CMake 2.6.3 rc14 from here:

  http://www.cmake.org/files/v2.6/
