set_target_properties( executable PROPERTIES XCODE_ATTRIBUTE_GCC_PREFIX_HEADER "path/stdwx.h" XCODE_ATTRIBUTE_GCC_PRECOMPILE_PREFIX_HEADER "YES" ) stdwx.h must include all headers you want to have precompiled and must also be included by the actual source file.
