Hi everyone,

I am working on a CPack/NSIS based installer for MariaDB. The early parts were really easy to do, but now it becomes more complicated.

First problem: I have a set of files with the bootstrap MySQL/MariaDB database files. Some users might not want to install these, if they are installing to a set of database files that are already there.

Second problem: The un-installer should ask if the user wants to delete these files. Currently they are just silently deleted, and I suspect that would make some users quite upset :-)

If anybody has a solution to these two problems, I'd love to hear about it. So far I couldn't find anything in this direction.
