It would seem that the undocumented -H and -B options of cmake are fairly
well known and it is likely they are being widely used by now. Is there any
reason they cannot become officially documented options? A quick bit of
googling and searching on StackOverflow suggests they perhaps ought to
graduate to formally supported options.
