In the build trees, is there any more information in CMakeFiles/CMakeOutput.log or CMakeFiles/CMakeError.log?

Yes, Im a noob, but I could really use some help, Ive been trying to fix this for over a week. Ive reinstalled CMake, VS2017, and MSBuild, added to the environment path variable the path to the compiler, but nothing Ive done has worked. Ive ran VS2017 as admin, Ive ran Cmake as admin. Can somebody please help this noob out?
