Sorry, but I would question how badly does your vendor want the
business? I am sure there must be other facilities asking for these
forms also. I have no real answers. Good Luck!

Subject: MDS FORMS

NEED HELP !!!

MY CURRENTLY DILEMA IS WITH THE NEW SHORT FORM. OUR FACILITY HAS
IMPLEMENTED
THE NEW SHORT FORM WITH OUR RECENT UPDATE. THE ISSUE IS NOW,THE VENDOR
THAT
PROVIDES THE PRINTING OF THE MDS FORMS DOES NOT SUPPORT THE SHORT FORM??
SO
CURRENTLY I DON'T HAVE THE PRINTING PRIVILEGDES FOR THIS FORM. OUR
VENDOR
MEDITECH WANTS IN WRITING WHERE THESE FORM ARE MADATED!!! I HAVE SENT
THEM
THE REGULATIONS FOR THE RAI PROCESS IT SELF AND THIS IS NOT ENOUGH.
WITH ALL THE GREAT MINDS OF THIS GROUP,WHERE ELSE CAN I FIND WRITTEN
INFORMATION FOR THIS VENDOR TO HELP SUPPORT GETTING THIS FORM CREATED
FOR
PRINTING FROM OUT CURRENT VENDOR.
THANKS SO MUCH,

ANGELA WILSON RN-RAC-C
