I just want to say "thank you" to this discussion group. I have received a lot of help from you guys. My facility relies on me heavily and a lot of the things I learned are from this group.   We just had our annual survey, we will have deficiency on med pass (F-329) and med error (F-322). Our survey team this time, I would say are very professional and was very informative. They were focusing on use of psych. meds. and fall. We will definitely be closely monitored on proper documentation to justify use of anti-psychotic meds.   I am so happy that we did ok on assessment and care planning :-)
