I need some feedback please! Where does everyone get the information to fill in the functional  limitations residents may have? I am assuming this is a Physical Therapy thing however my resident aren't seen by P.T. Please let me know what everyone does as I am fairly new to this! As before Thanks for your assistance! ACorn
