Janice Martin, RN MDS Coordinator Thanks!  I've found a vast difference among facilities as to the specifics of MDS Coordinator responsibility (hence my question to the group)!  On a related note, in your facility whom makes the final decision as to whether the resident meets Medicare A/skilled criteria eligibility...usually has been the DON or NHA in my past facilities.  TIA RNCATFL
