I would also be interested in comments. We have a low lift program in place per recommendation of our workman's comp company that results in residents not progressing with floor staff as fast as with PT and also once a resident reaches as certain point of decline and a determination to use a hoyer lift is made they never walk again with floor staff (not even those few steps to a chair during transfer) and that affects MDS coding and ultimately the statistics r/t quality measures.
