I would check for myself. I am sure technically she could be right but are there any regulations regarding retrospective changes and/or time spans r/t employee notifications of impending changes of policy that might help out. Interesting that some employers do stuff like this and then wonder why their employees want a union.

I have been told by the don that in the state of Tenn.
vacation is considered a gift by the emplyer and there are no laws prohibiting
him from doing what ever he chooses. Makes for a sorry person though to take
from poor people. Did I mention he just put in new bathrooms and replacement
