We also add a parameter for liter flow to avoid any issues with raising O2 above a safe level for CO2 retainers. We have had some issues with inexperienced nurses not being aware of potential complications. Eg Titrate O2 via nasal cannula to maintain O2 sat >90%. Liter flow to not exceed 4l without contacting MD.
