Overall I love this site, it has been the best thing that has come my way and I will continue to participate.  The wealth of information and support/assistance here is unsurpassed anywhere.  Anytime I mention this site to anyone as my “lifeline”, I get a very positive response. I will not comment on Marti as we have been asked multiple times not to discuss Software on the site although I know I have forgotten on occasion responding to a “who do you use and are you happy”.  However, I will respond to the comments of feeling “shot down /ridiculed” at times.  I have noticed it before, felt it before and perhaps unwittingly done it myself.  I think sometimes we forget that although there is the “technically correct” road, much of what we do is subject to the interpretations of our survey teams and fiscal intermediaries and there are variables from region to region; state to state, and intermediary to intermediary etc.  When each of us answers it is by regulation but it is “colored” by our own reality.  Everyone needs to remember this and not make rash, hurtful remarks.  I recently had a couple of remarks r/t restraints that annoyed me.  I stated my position (based on my reality) and got “shot down”.  I am happy for the person who argued with her state and won but I didn’t (and argue I did!) and that does not make me wrong or an idiot-just not as lucky!!
