Wow, thanks for sharing that description of how you handled telling 
your family. You are wonderful parents and your kids are very lucky 
to have you! I often wonder at what age will be the appropriate time 
to tell my now 3 year-old. (I was dx'd when she was 3 months.) At 
this point, she often comes to doctor appts. and thinks nothing of 
it, and refers to my Gleevec as "Mommy's vitamins". (When she sees 
me take it she asks for her own gummy bear vitamins!) I suppose when 
the time comes, I will just know she is ready to hear about it. 

Again, thanks for sharing, I am impressed by your parenting 
expertise.
