Rob,
I usually don't get into these discussions but you asked for suggestions. I am in favor of not changing the way we post on the site.  I am an adult who can take care of my needs and control what I read and what I don't.  I have a mouse that can scroll down over any thing I don't want to read, doesn't pertain to me or is an offensive attack to someone on the list. CML ripples out just like a stone in water. CML  touches our lives,  emotionally, professionally, psychologically, spiritually, politically, and governmentally.  All aspects of this disease need to be discussed. Freedom of speech is one of the great freedoms we have left in this world. I would be disappointed to see it regulated.
My advice to those who do not wish to read something  on this site:  scroll over it and go on. I need my energy to fight for a quality of living every day and I need this site, its wisdom and information to do that.
