It's so good to get your input in this Richard.  I also thought 
about the cortisol issue because Erin brought it up.  Then I thought 
about people with Cushing's or Addison's, and to my knowledge, their 
rates of illness are not much different than the general 
population.  Am I wrong about this?  If their immune systems are 
indeed similliar to anyone else's, how then does the cortisol theory 
play out when their levels of the hormone are so different than the 
rest of us?
