Hi: I take 800 mg one in the morning
and one in the evening..I was vomiting almost each time I took the pill If I
kept it down for 30 min my doc says it would do what it is supposed to do..He
scripted for me two drugs for sickness and for me I can take one or the other
and I hav'nt vo mited
for three weeks now 400 in the morning
and 400 in the evening the drugs are PROMETHAZINE 25 mg or ZOFRAN 8mg These
work for me, maybe it will help somone else. you all have a good

Not everyone has extreme side effects on the
higher dose, think
positive that you'll be one of those lucky ones. { : o
)
Rule of thumb is don't lay down for at least the first two hours of
taking the medicine. I agree with the others, split it out in two
400mg doses, drink lots of water all day and take it with a heavy
meal. Any kind of exercise you can get in each day will also help
with the fatigue.
