Hey Dean, Get your doc at MSK to talk to Dr. Sawyers and find out how to push for a chance at BMS under compassionate use. During the Gleevec trials, there were people who did not meet the trial criteria who did get access to the drug under compassionate use. This way you do not become part of the trial statistics. This takes some work but it is worth a try..... you would fit the criteria of Gleevec intolerant....regardless of which drug is causing all your problems, the combination does not seem to be working for you.
