Hi Lynne, Greetings back at you!  The trial is going to be at UNC Chapel Hill I think which is probably less than 3 hours from New Berne (I'm not real sure where New Berne is however).  I know a woman who is talking to her doctor at Chapel Hill about getting into the trial and he is the one who said it would take 3 months to get it up and running.   There is going to be a location in Boston (must be Dana Farber)--wouldn't that be the closest for you?   Have a good trip to NC--I hope it warms up a bit for you before then--we're pretty cold right now!
