I spoke to my doctor not too long ago about this, she said that 
changes would show sooner in the bone marrow, than in a PCR test on 
the blood. So it's possible that each test could give different 
results.

I only have a bmb done annually, it's due soon and I'm desperiatly 
trying to get out of it if I can too.
