Hi Merv   I have been on Gleevec now for a couple of years and also experienced  nausea as most people do. I take 400MG per day in one pill. I had to cut my pill in half and take one half in the morning with breakfast and one at lunch time. This seems to help me a lot and now, very seldom have a problem.
