I take my gleevec around 8 or 9 at night, I have been on it now for
almost 2 years. I had the nausea at first, and followed all the
advice about taking it with food. I found if I took it too early
before bed then I was nauseated and my legs hurt. If I take it just
an hour or two before bed, I sleep through all the side effects and
do just fine. I don't even take it with food anymore and have no
problems, but I wasn't able to do this until after about a year.
