Thanks , I hope it is not CMML, looks like the prognosis is not good but again Metameylocyts are not meylocytes it is the first stage in neutrophile MetaMeylocyts-->Bands-->Neutorphils , Blasts-->Meylocytes, This looks like much more complicated to diagnosis the actual desease. I have actually given up research on this since it is way too complicated and there are too many deceases with subtile difference , identifing it based on internet is going to be waste of time.
