Hi all,
I eat yogurt daily and take the probiotic acidophilus daily.  I buy my  
acidophilus at the health food store in the liquid form and keep it in the  
fridge. 
 Also Ginger is a good herb for stomach upset.
I put ginger in my food while cooking and also use it as a sprinkle.
I think this has helped me a lot.
I also take black strap molasses daily.
Keep that yogurt in your fridge and eat it daily.  It's good for  you.
