Hi Greenie...I will keep Grace in my prayers. I hope that you will get the help for her that you need. I know what you're going through...in a way. I had a call from my doctors office telling me that my blood sugar was way to high and the Doctor needed to see me a.s.a.p....They made an appt. for the 19th of this month. That was 1 1/2 weeks from the time that they called me. Makes you wonder. I know that it isn't the same, but it is frustrating. Keep us informed about Grace. Take care of each other. Hi group, Grace received some bad news yesterday, she may have Oveeriar cancer. She's been going to a Doctor here in Springfield and she keeps complaining to him and he doesn't do a dam thing for but change her high blood pressure pill. We were in the emer Sunday for 10 hours. They were suppose to call her the next day to get her into a Doctor Monday. Didn't here from them so we called and they had a mix up and were going to call Tuesday in stand. I had to call her doctor and insist on getting here in yesterday they did some blood work and said they would have the results back in a week, Bult$Ahit. She is in so much pain that she's taking 1000 mg each 4 hours for pain. They called yesterday and said they could get here in next Thursday, we can't wait that long. I'm taking her to Munster, In. Monday where I went when I found out I had CML. Take care of you ASAP. I've had enough of this St. John Hosp. here in Springfield, MO and they over charge you for everything. This has been going on for over 2 years and this thinks he's a Doctor does not know a dam thing as to what's going on. We were in the waiting room for over 6 hours before getting in they were taking people that looked like they may of had the flu. We when to the desk 3 time and complained and a told me we were with next to be called. After seeing people that came in after us go in before Grace I when over to he desk and told them that if she didn't get in a room within 5 min I was going to take here to Cox Hosp. down the street and for sure they were going to here from me the next day. That if she was in bad shape the name would change from St. John's to St. David's, that's me. I will keep in touch.
