I could just agree with all that i´m glad that some companies spend time on developing medicin so that we could survive.
In Sweden all medicin is free, we don´t need insurence like you have in the US, so I get my medicine and all hospital treatmenr for free as long as needed............ I feel very lucky to live in a country who have a sytem treating people for free when you a sirious diagnos (CML) But i feel sorry for others living in countries were ther are no possibilities what so ever to get medicin treatment for CML. I´m on Sprycel, recived CML in 2008. Keep on fighting and a happy new year everyone!! They made 1.6 billion dollars. That was on the market about 6 months. I, myself think that they have made their money back many times over. In some other counties it even cost more then what we pay in the states. So, if they made that much money in 6 months and the price has gone way up, their not hurting. Some of the numbers could be a little off but I'm not that far off.
