I use 200mg Tasigna ever other day and maintain at .001 or .000 for 1 1/2 years now. I really believe that you can use a very low dose and get to 0. I was on this dose for 6 months and hit 0. On Gleevec I could never get lower than 2.00 I'm glad my doc made the decision to change me to Tasigna and the low dose since I have trouble taking any type of meds. I still have some side effects at this low dose but not enough to keep me down and out like Gleevec did I was on Gleevec for 6 1/2 years. Suzan
