I've been on Tasigna for several years and have always had a problem with dryness inside and outside. My skin is so dry that I use everything on it. I haven't suffered from any rashes or breakouts, but my skin cracks and my lips ears, etc. are so dry. I also suffer constipation from the dryness. It seems to affect my right side worse.....who knows? All I know is that it's what it is and we have to take it to live, so that's the up side. Now, I'm suffering nausea and it happens after taking the Tasigna, so I've narrowed it down to another side effect. I just keep plugging along and thanking God that I do have a medication that is working in most respects....Millie
