Here is a dish that my wife Shelly makes every Thanksgiving. We hope that
you enjoy it.

  *Shelly’s Sweet Potato Casserole*

*Ingredients needed:*



*One large can of Yams*

*One can of Apple Pie filling (Sugar free if you desire)*

*One can of Cherry Pie filling (Sugar free if you desire)*

*One can of whole berry Cranberry Sauce*

*Orange Marmalade (one tablespoon, or more to suit your taste)*

*Apricot Preserves (one tablespoon* *or more to suit your taste) *



*Start by using a can of Apple Pie filling. Also, add a can of Cherry Pie
filling. Put this into a cooking casserole, and then add a large can of
drained, cut up Yams. Cut to your liking, or about one to two inch pieces.*



*In a separate mixing bowl put in a can of whole Berry Cranberry Sauce, add
one tablespoon of Orange Marmalade, and then add one tablespoon of Apricot
Preserves. Mix it all together. Pour mixture over the Yams, place covered
in the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Be sure to
keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t overcook or burn, then serve and
enjoy.*
