Hi My eyes are more sensitive to light and I have dry eyes. I put drops of Sustane Ultra in my eyes daily. My gp said to disregard the expiry date on the bottle and discard the bottle every three after opening it. It is no longer sterile. So don't buy a big bottle. John B
