Hi Jeanie and group: Had my counts done today, after being off ponatinib for two weeks. My rbc's came up a little but my platelets went down to 18 and my wbc went down further to 3.9. So obviously the counts did not make the turn to start going up. So I am off the drug for another two weeks. Sorry your side effects continue. I hope they start to behave soon. My heart specialist put me on another drug to strengthen the area where the blood vessel enter the heart. Apparently the TKI's affect this area in some cases. The dose is very small. Anyway, keep on keeping on. John
