Hi Jeanie - I miss him every day. I'm glad he was able to still help you while he was in rehab. He was going through a lot even then, and it just goes to show that he was a fighter even to the end. My thoughts and prayers are with you in beating your disease.
I appreciate your feedback about his book and I agree with you. I know those stories well and I'm grateful to have his words and thoughts to hold on to. I'm not sure that he actually wanted the book published, though. I think it was something more personal that he just wanted to share with family and friends. I appreciate your offer.
