Emad, you're right of course.

You just have to bear in mind that the content could (and in many cases, should) *look* like a page in the user interface. It's therefore quite possible for a CMS to *look* rather like a DMS.

I can't really agree with Darrel about needing to change the perceptions of content authors. This isn't just about making a sale either: it's about delivering user-focused application design.
