You know, I never even thought of that.  As long as I can buffer the
whole file, that's certainly straightforward!

In this case, I also want the list items at the front of the record, so
my whole thinking was kind of backwards:  I was thinking of the list in
the role of the primary input to JUXTAPOSE, with the next container to
be stuck on the end of each record in the list when it arrived.  Turn
the whole file around backwards, and turn each record around backwards
afterward, and it's just plain old JUXTAPOSE in the middle.
