Ok, the repository seems to be in good shape again, and I've checked
in the changes that were made after the the previous snapshot.

The 2006-10 snapshot has been tagged (snapshot-2006-10), and I'm doing
a solaris build right now.

I've also created the 19d base and branch (release-19d-base and
release-19d-branch) so we can begin the 19d release cycle soon. As
stated previously, 19d will be essentially the same as the snapshot.

There are a few things I need to do to get the 19d release going, so
we'll have a 19d-pre release in a week or so. We'll have a test
period of one month and if all goes well, we'll release it.

So if you have pending items, the repository open is open for
business, so go ahead.

Thanks for your patience,

Ray

P.S. If someone else has the bandwidth and disk space (currently
about 8 Gb to save all of the cmucl sources and binaries and web
pages), please consider doing a periodic backup. I do this already
about once a month after the snapshot release, but another backup
would be nice.
