Installing cmucl on RH7.2

I downloaded the Debian .deb package and converted it successfully to an
.rpm. The install went smoothy on my RH7.2. However, there doesn't seem to be
any "sample-wrapper" file to modify anywhere. How does one get an .rmp
install up and running?
