My boat has 3 sheave deck organizers. One of the center sheaves is frozen. I hit it with PB Blaster and loosened the screw. I was able to slide a putty knife under it top and bottom but it is still frozen. Can I just remove the screw completely and give it a whack to dislodge it so I can clean it up?
