Hi Joel...I took mine home last winter..ran a few loads of CLR thru it
(Calcium-Lime-Rust remover) via garden hose adaptors to the fittings and a
couple of good rinses (I was having trouble with the water pump and getting
anti-freeze reliable to the tank...thus, just removed it to the garage. It was
looking a little rusty at the feet. I then took a wire brush and some
sandpaper to the blue areas and sprayed with Rust-o-lium that matched.d Looks
brand new and clean inside and out!

the bottom, so I know its days are numbered. I could replace it with an
identical unit for about $700. Defender and others sell a 6 gallon Seaward
unit
for about $250.
