Joel, Give Frigoboat a look while your at it. I've got their keel-cooler system. It's only partially installed at the moment but a buddy of mine with Beneteau swears by them. Very energy efficient and keeps the seawater out of the system. I'm setting up a spillover freezer/refrigerator system with a thermostatically controlled fan.
