Following up on the square drive thread and kind of sailing related.

Just coincidentally, as part of a house wide renovation, I am changing out
electrical switches and receptacles today.  I am using a regular 8 way
screwdriver with small slotted blade to remove the old switches and
receptacles.  However, the new switches and receptacles have the combination
slotted/Phillips/square drive screws.  I find the square drive works better.  I
am using a Klein 32477 10 in 1 screwdriver.  It has #1 and #2 square drives in
addition to slotted, Phillips, Torx bits.  This screwdriver is my "go to" tool
that I keep in my boat electrical box.

Once I finish the install, I will check each receptacle with a polarity tester.
For the sailing related note, every boat with shore power installed should
have a polarity tester on board.  If you don't have one installed with your
breaker panel, you can get one for under $10 at any hardware or big box home
improvement center.  I've had marine surveyors tell me they would accept one in
place of a hard wired tester.
