Hi, Sandy claimed the boat (a '75 33 Mk 1), so can't use it any more. This cover was made by Top Shop (Quinte Canvas Manufacturing) in Kingston, Ontario. It has an aluminum frame with many tubes and two large pieces of canvas (bow and stern) that get zippered together at the mast. All hardware and fasteners included, as well as the assembly instructions.
