Edd, It doesn't get easier than a 37+ to replace the cable. Just lift the floor panel, use a flashlight and a little mirror to see what is involved. It may take you 1-2 hours the first time to feed the cables. Just imagine how much more work it would be on a boat with the quadrant under the floor of the cockpit! Good luck.
