I've got one of those closed cell seats from C Cushions on Lolita. It stays when I need it to and is easily moved when I need that. It came with the boat and I'm pretty happy with it.
It has some mass to it and the outside shell sticks well to the gel coat. I can't really recall it moving around too much...
