I glued two inch closed cell foam to the under side of the top of the ice box. I also drilled a hole through the wall just aft of the stove, and injected foam into the void. The can comes with a long tube which I inserted as far as it would go toward the port side of the boat, and practically emptied the can. I'm sure I didn't fill all of the void, but the extra foam probably made a difference.
