Our boat has a Yanmar 2GMF.....early on we used the Yanmar oil
filter....went to get a few from the local dealer who had run
out....then went to the local NAPA auto parts dealer and bought a filter
from them called NAPA Gold, part #1064......I believe it is as good as
if not better than the Yanmar filter and about half the price of the
Yanmar filter. FYI

Take whatever filter (or at least the part # and make) into any auto store -
NAPA or AutoValue or Pep Boys etc..
They will cross reference it to any make you want from a big book hidden under
the counter. (well maybe they have an app for that now!)
